I help you transition into higher purpose by removing the beliefs and negative self-talk that are blocking you from your true identity. I also love teaching you how to create an essential oils lifestyle.

My mission is to help you navigate motherhood & embody transition as a part of your life. To transition into higher purpose we must first accept that transition is seasonal and constant. I introduce you to and teach you how to use tools like aromatherapy and holistic techniques such as AFT and others.
